Kingsgate Station is a large police station located in the Kingsgate area of the city. It is only seen in series 1.
Information[]
The station was the base of operations for the TO-20 unit led by DCI Anthony Gates in the first series. It also housed a regular branch of the Criminal Investigation Department. Its station chief was Chief Superintendent Derek Hilton.
It has a similar name to Kingsgate House, the official name of the AC-12 Building, although the two are completely separate.

Trivia[]
- In Series 1, the former Birmingham Municipal Bank building was used for interior and front exterior shots of the station. The House of Sport building on Bridge Street was used for rear exterior shots of the back of the station, such as the car park.
